Paella is named after the wide, shallow pan it is cooked in, not the rice. Tiramisu translates roughly as pick me up, and sauerkraut is simply German for sour cabbage. All three are in this grid with 32 other dishes from Italy, Mexico, Korea, Greece and beyond. The hard part is the spelling: BROCCOLI, ZUCCHINI, FOCACCIA and CANNELLONI all hide doubled letters, and a doubled letter is easy to skip over when a word runs diagonally or backwards.
