What is a chocolate truffle?
A ball of ganache, chocolate melted with cream, rolled in cocoa powder or dipped in more chocolate. It is named after the truffle mushroom, which it looks like. TRUFFLE is in the grid; its near twin trifle, the layered sponge and custard dessert, is not.
Are sorbet and gelato the same thing?
They are quite different because gelato is made with milk or cream, while sorbet is dairy-free and fruit-based.
